This patch cord features a right-angled M12 X-coded male connector (IP67) and a screw-lock RJ45 male plug (IP20), supporting Cat6A data transmission up to 10 Gbps in compliance with IEC 61076-2-109 standards.
The 90-degree M12 male connector is ideal for tight installations or dynamic environments—such as robotic arms or machinery—where straight connectors may lead to cable overbending or misalignment. It mates securely with M12 female ports, commonly found in industrial automation, control panels, and high-speed vision systems.
On the other end, the RJ45 male plug includes a hand-locking screw mechanism based on a D-sub-style design, offering strong vibration resistance. This makes the cable well-suited for demanding applications in transportation, heavy equipment, and motion-intensive systems. The default 25mm screw-spacing ensures compatibility with most standard industrial mounts, while 20mm and 27mm options are available upon request.
Constructed with a 26AWG Cat6A S/FTP stranded TPU jacket and gold-plated contacts (10μ” on M12, 50μ” on RJ45), this patch cord delivers robust signal integrity and long-term durability. It withstands oil, UV exposure, and moisture—making it an excellent choice for MICE environments. Custom lengths available upon request.
